PtMS CAPS (Client Automated Phone Communications Services) Released (08/01/09)

ABS has added a key add-on product for PtMS users to help reduce the number of no show trips and cancels at the door. PtMS CAPS can perform automated appointment reminder calls, phone messaging and notices to clients, client consumer satisfaction surveys, and automated trip confirmation surveys. PtMS CAPS can help help save money and increase billable services.

PtMS for Windows Released (04/03/09)

ABS is proud to announce the release of PtMS for Windows - a complete Windows based software product for PtMS customers. PtMS utilizes a Microsoft SQL Server database and uses the Stonefield Query award winning report writer for many of its standard PtMS and custom reports.

PtMS Mobile Now Available (07/01/09)

ABS now has an on-board vehicle computer solution for PtMS user - PtMS Mobile! PtMS Mobile is the add-on mobile data system that works with PtMS for Windows.It features on-board vehicle computers connected to the PtMS for Windows SQL database via a cellular Internet connection that supports real time scheduling, GPS tracking, instant messaging, web-cam in-vehicle video, and voice over internet communication between dispatch and drivers.

TSA PtMS for Windows Training Videos Released (07/29/09)

Transportation Services Associates publisher of the PtMS 7.2 Training Videos Series has just announced the release of PtMS for Windows Video Training Series. Current PtMS users who have a license for the PtMS 7.2 version can purchase the upgrade for 50% of the purchase price. Interested users should contact TSA at fltransit@verizon.net for a price quote.

Streets on a Disk Mapping has begun releasing version 21.0 map updates (08/03/09)

Klynas Engineering has started releasing map version 21.0 updates. PtMS users should check to see if they are using the most current map versions by using the Streeets Help menu "Check for Web Updates" option.
