Paratransit Management and Scheduling (PtMS)

PtMS is designed to assist providers of specialized transportation services with the tools necessary to manage the every day tasks of scheduling trips, tracking clients and preparing billing and reports. PtMS does just that with demand response and standing order/subscription scheduling, an interactive/computer assisted scheduler, daily manifest preparation, payment invoicing and detailed reports which include special state agency reporting.

PtMS also can automatically produce claims files for upload to Medicaid claims processing agencies. If your state currently does not accept electronic invoicing for Medicaid transportation services, we can also print invoices (generally HCFA 1500).
