PtMS for Windows
PtMS is designed to assist providers of specialized transportation services with the tools necessary to manage the every day tasks of scheduling trips, tracking clients and preparing billing and reports. PtMS does just that with demand response and standing order/subscription scheduling, an interactive/computer assisted scheduler, daily manifest preparation, payment invoicing and detailed reports which include special state agency reporting.
PtMS also can automatically produce claims files for upload to Medicaid claims processing agencies.
PtMS for Windows is a completely Windows based software product and utilizes a Microsoft SQL Server database. ABS now has an on-board vehicle computer solution for PtMS user - PtMS Mobile! PtMS Mobile is the add-on mobile data system that works with PtMS for Windows.It features on-board vehicle computers connected to the PtMS for Windows SQL database via a cellular Internet connection that supports real time scheduling, GPS tracking, instant messaging, web-cam in-vehicle video, and voice over internet communication between dispatch and drivers.

PtMS on the Web
PtMS on the Web is a web based add-on module for PtMS. PtMS on the Web connects your PtMS local area network system to providers and agencies using the Internet. It is extends order taking, trip scheduling and dispatching functions, as well as trip verfication and some billing functions by moving them to a secured web site. A PtMSWeb Guided Tour may be viewed online.
PtMS Video Training Series
The PtMS video training series by Transportation Services Associates, Inc. is now available. The series of 62 videos on 5 disks cover PtMS, FAS XL, GO, GO XL, and Training Scenarios. All disks are entirely self-starting and require no installation. For video demos, a sample video, and a complete list of all videos, please go to the TSA web site.
As a convenience to its customers, TSA will accept credit card payments for the series via PayPal. PayPal accepts all major credit cards. Those wishing to use PayPal to acquire the videos via credit cards may either go directly to the PayPal web site or they may request a PayPal invoice from TSA.
